What Relation Did The "Gang Of Four" Have?

The Gang of Four were four individuals with very close ties to Mao who helped instigate the cultural revolution. These four were Jiang Qing, Zhang Chunqiao, Yao Wenyuan, and Wang Hongwen. Jiang Qing was Mao's last wife and was the main leader of the gang. Zhang, Yao, and Wang were all government officials in the Commnist Party Of China.
